These terms apply to services provided by AHP Servicing LLC and its divisions, including AHP Media Services, AHP Precision Mapping and Data, KC Odor Pros, KC Thermal Pet Recovery, AHP Notary Services, and AHP Fairway Services.

Services and quotes

Prices given by phone, text, email, or on this website are estimates for the work described. Final pricing can change if the property, scope, or conditions differ from what was described, and we will tell you before doing additional work. Drone services are provided by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and are subject to airspace authorization and weather.

Scheduling and property access

Please have the property photo-ready before we arrive: the photographer does not clean or move items for photography. Property access must be in place at the scheduled time, such as a lockbox, a door code, or a key holder who meets us there. We do not pick up or return keys.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Some services, including thermal pet and livestock searches, require payment up front. A search is a search: we do not guarantee that a lost animal will be found.

• Program description: When you call or text our number, or text one of our keywords, we send pricing information, intake form links, and messages about the services you asked about. If you join our text list by texting REALTOR, ODOR, or DEALS, or through our opt-in page at ahpsvc.com/text-optin, we also send occasional specials and service updates.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
