Odor control and odor elimination is the whole job here. We find the source, treat it, and finish the home so the smell stays gone.
Done-for-you ozone treatment
We bring the machine, set it in the empty home, run the treatment, air the house out, and pick the equipment up. You do nothing.
The finish spray is included at every price. Smoke and general odor get an Odorcide 210 finish spray. Pet odor gets an enzymatic finish spray that breaks urine odor down at the source. No add-on charge, no upsell at the door.
Same-day ozone: if we're shooting the home in the morning, we can set the machine while we're there — treated and fresh the same day. We collect the machine on our next trip by; if you're back at the house first, just set it in a closet with the door hangers and we'll pick it up from there. If you need the machine picked up the same day, that's a $50 rush fee (first 15 miles from our Kansas City office included, then 72¢ a mile beyond that) — pickup within 1–2 days never costs extra.

Basement moisture setup

Booking and payment
How booking and payment work
Odor work is paid in full when booked. Payment books your treatment dates and holds the equipment for your home. Heavy smoke work is booked ahead, and treatment starts within a few days of booking.
We guarantee the work, not the outcome. Your payment buys the full treatment process: the ozone cycles, the fog finish where booked, and the air-out, done the right way and in full. How much odor comes out depends on how deep it has soaked in over the years, and results vary from home to home. Once a treatment is performed, there are no refunds.
